    Merchants in village treated us great. Staff is excellent and very friendly. Went out of way to accommodate us showing up a day early (my mistake), with a full hotel. - Good location but that's about it.

    We only stayed for one night, but found the service to be excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed dining on the terrace overlooking the mountains, and the kids liked the pool table and x-box games in an area right off the lobby.     We were staying in Telluride for the bluegrass festival. A bluegrass band was playing in the hotel foyer every morning and early evening which set the atmosphere well. The hotel was about 20 minutes' walk from the festival grounds in a quiet location, but close to all the shops/bars.     We loved our Villa! Met my niece and her little boy at the hotel, they live in Wyoming. It was perfect for two families, plenty of space and privacy. It was nice nice to have breKfast in the room rather than rushing out to breakfast. The kids had Ball in the outdoor pool.     Vintage feel. Well maintained. Super friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. The rugs in the elevators changed everyday to tell you what day it is (good when you're on vacation!). Cruise Room Art Deco martini bar. Proximity to 16th Street Mall, LoDo and Larimer Square. Shuttle to nearby locations like Pepsi Center (which was wonder... what people say » ful since it was snowing and below freezing!). - The hotel staff were great! They were very friendly and they let me know that I was appreciated for being there. The rooms and the hotel had modern conveniences but retained the charm of years past. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. When I return to Denver I will stay at the Oxford.

    The food and service at Atwater was amazing, although my friend and I were seated right next to a table with two small children and lots of trash from them under the table.     Beautiful hotel. History in and around the hotel kept us busy for hours. We never re- entered our vehicle once we got there. The price of the hotel compensated for staying there, and not leaving the destination for night life. We did not do any tours, but still had a great time. The restaurant and bar were great, as well as the $30.00 breakfast al... what people say » lowance. We will visit again; however, it must be air conditioned, and plan on doing the organized tours. - We loved the historical setting and views of the Rockies from almost every window, as well as the short walk down to Estes Park for dining and shopping. Every staff member we spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accomodating!
