  All requests were taken care of promptly. Staff was friendly. Condo was beautiful. Condo location worked out as I did not have to take mom outside more than a couple of feet to the hot tubs that worked. It all worked out, even tho several pools were not available.   Breakfast was hot with a decent variety. Great location by I-25 & I-70. Coffee in the lobby avail 24/7. Other folks utilized the shuttle. Can use their computer for free and print things for a free. Pretty lobby; smells good in there. I like the way the building is shaped, with 3 chairs on 3 corners of the floor. Free breakfast was delicious and the eating area was cozy. The free shuttle service is a plus and takes you to the downtown area so you don't have to worry about driving your car downtown. All of the staff was super nice and welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure your stay was comfortable.

Complementary happy hr with beer & wine, breakfast, AND late night cookies & milk.

  best thing is that they had air port transfers. Very nice for ppl who want to stay closer to downtown. Downtown was just 7 miles from here and you can ask for a taxi to the hotel staff - The staff were very friendly,the room were nice and clean we had no problem sleeping.we hope to come again soon.

Amazed - it seemed that when I was coming and going, if an employee was within 10 feet of the door, they would stop what they were doing and hold the door for us. - Room comfortable and clean!   We had some car trouble and it was looking like we were going to be stranded in Craig!! The hotels maintenance man was a life saver. He came back after his shift with tools and helped us fix the truck. I am blown away by his generosity and kindness! - staff was helpful, considerate, accurate and efficient.

  I stayed the night of 8/5. The frontal desk lady was absolutely amazing. She was friendly and went out of her way to make me comfortable. The room was very nice and the cleanest room of 7 I stayed in on this trip. The lady on shift the next morning was also friendly and hardworking.   the non smoking room was really nice, which we seen first because i wasnt paying attention and when we checked in and they had given us a non smoking so we had to move to smoking becasue my husband smokes it was good for the price and we mainly slept there we were visiting family so we didnt spend mch time in the room - The staff was outstanding!... what people say » The guy in the dining room (0630-0700) was fabulous, the front desk people very helpful and friendly.   Everyone one was helpful and kind. I like that the workers are able to have their family's stay at the hotel for convenience and it reminds the guests they have family too during holidays. - Price was good for a Ramada Inn Location was excellent for the Hot Springs!
