Everyone one was helpful and kind. I like that the workers are able to have their family's stay at the hotel for convenience and it reminds the guests they have family too during holidays. Price was good for a Ramada Inn Location was excellent for the Hot Springs!. Free breakfast, friendly staff, well priced, location to local attractions. the ease of being able to walk to the restaraunts.

Convenient to attractions friendly front desk staff.fridge in room. Large rooms, More quiet than normal rooms. The beds were comfortable. Location. nothing. The pool and hot tub were not clean. Some small improvements should be made in order to keep up with the new hotels around. Front elevator out of order - had to walk long ways with bags to our room! Hair Dryer went out and no backup available. Dark, dated rooms, and hallways/enterence floors not vacuumed for days. the old TV. The hall smelled strongly of smoke and that was really bad. We did not have enough towels and It took a very long time to get more... there was an irritating noise in the pipes when we went to bed, ,keeping us awake all nite, sounding like someone poking a hangar down a pipe. It's an old building. The bathroom could use some updating, tile floor and bathtub looked old and worn. Could be a little more updated rooms. Carpet was old and kinda smelly. Bad breakfast, hotel is run down and is not at all a 4 star hotel. Would not stay there again. When we arrived they said they had us as a no-show. The reservation had the date I made it not the date we were to arrive. The confirmation we received however had the correct info. The desk gave us the correct room said this often happens with on-line booking. Yikes. Room and bathroom dingy and not clean. Did not want to walk barefoot on floor or in shower. Breakfast was cheap muffin and icky coffee not worth the extra compared to similar hotel without breakfast. Old, old, old. Our room did not appear clean the foor in bathroom had cracks. We were charged more then our original price. That is suppose to be corrected.sheets wrinkled. We had two rooms - both were not the cleanest; the one had hair in the tub. Gross! The room my 78 yr old MIL stayed in had NO HEAT and they did not have a maintenance man on call to help. Never again. everything-the place is A dump. discusting at best. The hotel was not clean with dog hair in the room, the staff is rude and does not want to help you. They didn't clean our room as they should have and then argued about it. Worst stay ever!.
