The bed was a cloud, they gave me a warm cookie when I checked in, the in-room coffee was good, the bathroom was clean and beautiful. $9/day for in/out from the underground car park. I had a perfect view of the river. They have a shuttle that will take you anywhere within 5 miles and pick you up for free. I came back and had a glass of wine at the intimate hotel bar - Great location to walk around downtown Little Rock. We had great view of river. The bartender, Bruce, was very friendly and service was great. Clarence, the assistant manager was very accommodating. Will stay again.

  We visited Hot Springs for our anniversary and stayed at Embassy Suites for the weekend. My husband and I enjoyed the large 2 room king suite, we both took notice of how clean the hotel was, wonderful friendly staff, and the best complimentary breakfast we've ever encountered.   It was hospitality at its best. All the employees were friendly. The front desk lady and gentlemen were informative. The waitresses saw to our every breakfast need. The cleaning staff was friendly and did a great job looking after us. It is a very clean, well-kept hotel, with WiFi and a great many tv channels. Centrally located on the main thoroughfare, it is easy - The front desk was so helpful. He could tell I was concerned with the price. After we went to our room, he called letting me know he had already taken money off my card as he had looked it up and he price was supposed to be cheaper. Also, for having a free breakfast with our room. It was delicious! No breakfast bar, a real breakfast
