It was hospitality at its best. All the employees were friendly. The front desk lady and gentlemen were informative. The waitresses saw to our every breakfast need. The cleaning staff was friendly and did a great job looking after us. It is a very clean, well-kept hotel, with WiFi and a great many tv channels. We were there the first week of November when the colors of the leaves on ornamental trees that line the parking lot were brilliant. Centrally located on the main thoroughfare, it is easy.

After we went to our room, he called letting me know he had already taken money off my card as he had looked it up and he price was supposed to be cheaper. Also, for having a free breakfast with our room. It was delicious! No breakfast bar, a real breakfast. We had a great time in Eureka Springs and a great hotel helps to make a great vacation. The staff was very welcoming and informative. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was very good. We would stay there again. The staff from check-in to checkout was wonderful. Every need was anticipated. The breakfast was incredible in a setting I adored. I am writing a novel about the era of time in late 1880's. This fit perfectly with my story. When there were 120 guests they had a Buffett which had lots of choices and was well stocked. Very friendly staff. Big TV. The beds were extremely hard, if they would have been a little bit softer then the stay would have been excellent. Hardest beds I have ever slept on period!. Restaurant servers were not congenial. We felt that we were a burden to them. If breakfast had not been included in the room rate we would have gone elsewhere for breakfast after our first day. no refrigerator. liked it all. coffee pot was too small. need meals at hotel. There are two Best Western Motels in Eureka Springs. I checked in to the right one, but then returned to the other - thought I had lost my mind because the layout didn't match my memory. Finally figured it out without embarrassing myself with the staff. Can't think of anything. Rooms and furnishings not as clean as we like them. price compared to nearby facilities, heating system. The manager gave us a discounted rate but we were charged more! !!. THE worst bed I have ever slept on! Should have been replaced years ago. The room needs some up-dating. I think it's an old Holiday Inn. Please replace the mattresses!!!. Facility needs updating. Room outdated and in need of much repar. Moldy, musty a/c, ventilation draining in room causing carpet to be constantly wet. Our room was too small for the price paid and the ceiling of both the bathroom and the room had mold and mildew showing. Mattress was so hard I had to go buy a price of foam, cleaning lady broke glasses, no hot water, leak in bathroom under toilet, remote to TV not working, air conditioner took forever to cool.
