I have stayed here several times, although the hotel is a little dated, I have always found it clean and convenient to where ever I needed to go. The bus stops at the motel, and there is a bar and grill next door. Personally I like the rooms on the ground floor facing the trees. Bed was firm and comfortable, the air conditioner worked, it was reasonably clean. Had plenty of good towels. Rates were reasonable. Easy check in and out.

We wished the resort we stayed in for the week after that had water pressure like Thurmond Lodge. location, price was pretty good but not as good as some others with more amenities, staff was good, room was clean. The motel was located centrally in Eureka Springs, close to restaurants, a bar, and near the old downtown. Staff was friendly and location is excellent!. Its dated motel, but was okay for the price. Every thing is close by. location,, price. location. Size of room was good, sink outside bathroom. Pool was nice. The price. It would be nice to have coffee in the rooms and hair dryers for the women. A larger TV would be nice. The bed was just a little on the hard side but not that bad. Shower curtain needed replaced, the faucets in both sink and tub needed some work. No frills at all. No coffee in room and no hair dryer in room. nothing. for the price, it was a good place to stay. That the room did not have a coffee pot and micro-wave or refrigerator. Nothing...that is why we always stay with them. Very out-dated. The bed was extremely hard and the property was junky. I was just happy that the room was clean for the price we paid. no amenities-no coffee maker-in room or front desk, breakfast, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, door was real hard to unlock-old still uses a key but needs WD40 or replaced, door was also hard to open and close. The room had light bulbs burned out and the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work at all. My wife told the guy at the front desk about it and all he said was, "OK". The bed was hard as a board and you could hear normal conversation through the walls. Internet was horrible. The lobby needs to be open from 6am on and rooms need to be updated. Did'nt have a coffee pot in room. Looks nothing like the photos. needed new carpets, new mattresses. new confused desk clerk,new nanagement. I have just spent two weeks travelling and staying at many types of inns. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this inn. The price for the value was poor--old place, lots of little things just not up to speed. At half the price, I would have said a bargain. The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. The site and room just didn't make it. Room decor was very 80s. The location of my room. no wi fi , no coffee in the rooms, not a good breakfast. Potato chips and popcorn on the floor. Blanket had holes in it and pillow inside of case was torn up. This room needs to be updated.
