I got a Smoking Room (the only one) The place was more than adequate for my needs (given that it is a Motel) and unlike more expensive Hotels, I had a fridge and a microwave. Bloody marvellous !!! Room itself was large, excellent Bed and very sizeable Bathroom. Better than some Hotels as a matter of fact. It's within immediate walking distance of shops (with a Thai Restaurant on the premises) and only a short walk to the Beach. A short (less than 5 min) drive to the nearest Bank, Gas (Petrol) .
all reviews » Shaun the manager was an extremely helpful and great guy. The hotel is near the beach and local restaurants, stores etc, and most of all it is a direct run from LAX airport straight down Sepulveda Blvd, Route 1 to the property. I liked how close to the beach it was. The room was a cute little room. Would stay here again and recommend it to others. Staff was friendly and room was clean and parking was right out front. Our weekend stay went very well. The front desk clerk was very nice, the property is manicured and clean, our room was as clean I'd hoped. Super close to the beach, we will go back for sure. Ten min. walk to the beach. Clean. No bugs. No noisy neighbors. Came with a fridge and a microwave. Just somewhere to take a shower and sleep, just what we needed on a budget. Clean motel, quite close to the beach, and the pier in walkable distance. Was cleaned each day of our stay. Pro tip: hire a bike and ride the Marvin Braude Bike Trail!. As a returning business travbeller, the desk clerk put me in a unit farther from the street. I appreciate that. The unit met all of my expectations. 2 bedroom suite was excellent for value. Very quiet even with motel being full. Very clean. AC in both bedrooms. Will stay there again next summer. My Marine son and I stayed here and I was pleasantly surprised with the updated and clean accommodations. It was perfect!. Close to beach and walkable distance to Redondo Beach Pier.Resonable rates. Had two bedrooms. Close to Airport. I enjoyed the place, near the beach, lot of places to eat and friendly staff. got what was expected- good location- close to the beach and shopping centres. Seperate bedroom with door, love it!!. seperate rooms for each bed. Only 400 yards to the beach ( if somebody like to sein in cold water ) . 30 Miles to Hollywood Universal Studios. Some good restaurants around in a Range of 1,2 mi . Greek Restaurant for breakfast 1 mi South at the PCH. It was close to the beach and good price. The room was good for what we needed just a place to sleep. Clean. close to the beach. Big comfortable bed large bathroom good water pressure in shower. It was cheaper than anything other available in LA. Having to leave - eventually. No breakfast but it wasn't that big of a deal. No complainants. Though close to LA, expect at least a one-hour-drive to any of the major attractions (e.g. Hollywood, downtown, Beverly Hills...). Walls were thin and you could hear people next door.Close to PCH and a little noisy. Had dated decor with bedspreads on beds. none. no view and no jacuzzi/pool. $20 cab ride to & back Harbor drive. No breakfast possible at the motel. No xtra line to drive in - or out from / to the Pacific Coast Highway. Parked cars at the side of the PCH makes it dangerous and bad overwiew to drive out of the motel. Noise..... walls are kinda thin...room was small for a suite. small rooms. Bed took up all the room not enough movie channels tv reception not good - room too small. Over Priced!!!!. Very thin walls, not very clean, uninterested staff, you have to pay for the ice machine.
