Manager Jinny was excellent help during my stay. I like the hard wood floors and yes they were clean. Beds were nice and comfortable. This was my third time staying at this hotel and yes I would stay there again....It is in a nice area and that is what matter most to me. Breakfast was good and stocked when I used it...if some thing was missing one would just have to ask and it was refilled.

Location was good, although on a busy street. No carpet so very clean feeling. Microwave and frig. Comfortable and relaxing. They have nice sitting areas outside to enjoy the weather. Friendly staff,location near to the beach,free wifi and continental breakfast. Clean, good free parking. I liked the jetted bathtub! and the 15 min walk to Redondo pier and the staff was very friendly!. I liked that it was convenient to all of the restaurants and the pier.. Spacious comfortable rooms. Big room. Very little, my flight was early and asked if I could check in a little earlier than 3:00, the same bossy manager said "No"... She could have offered to receive my luggage and find another way to sound accommodative but she sounded like she enjoys the sound of "No". The location. Only thing that I did not like was the weak Wi-Fi signal. breakfast typical cheap breakfast. No real cream for coffee. No proper cupboard for clothing. breakfast. The parking. I didn't like the price for a suite. it didn't have a real closet and everything was basically in same room except bathroom. We were in a room at the top of the stairs, it was a smoking room which we did not want, it was upstairs which we didn't want. We tried to rent a movie and no one in the place knew how to help us do that. At breakfast they were out of syrup for the waffles and the restrooms had no napkins to dry our hands. It was extremely noisy in our room with people congregating outside our room. Noise from the traffic. No hot food items and highly diluted juices for breakfast. Open courtyard design giving very little feeling of security. Price. Manager was bossy to Mexican workers, she kept yelling orders at them in broken spanish in front of guests, something you experience in middle east or south asia, as if workers were her personal servants. She did not spare the guests either. The hotel. Customer service. Size of the room. Quality of room.
