  The closeness to the beach at a really good price. The family movies played every night by the pool and the snacks offered during the movie are also a plus.   The staff at this location was some of the friendliest and most helpful than any other hotel we have stayed in. We arrived early and they worked to accommodate us quickly. I fell at home while packing the car and injuried my ankle and had several staff offer a wheelchair for the beach. Wish we could have stayed another night!

  The staff was great! For an older Motel it was very clean and no odd smells and the movie night (thursdays) and live dj on Friday night was a treat. We had a power surge in the middle of the night on our first night and I called the front desk and maintanence and security were there within 5 minutes. Problem solved!! Very satisfied!! - I liked the fact that our room was on the top corner beach front and had easy access to everything. The staff was very organized and prompted on task. When we needed something , it was there in a flash and even received a follow up courtesy call. The people we met were all very friendly. It felt like one big happy family !! This was a great vacation and I will be booking again very soon!!

  We were in Panama City in the off season. P.C. Was quiet not many facilities (shops, tourist attractions were open) enjoyed the beach and the fact that there were not a thousand kids running around acting like asses Really was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the room how ever the hotel was holding their own special with a free night stay aft... what people say » er two days we were not Entitled to the third night free thru an outside booking we enjoyed. Our stay it was nice Thank-you - While the hotel is older and shows a little wear, I thought it was nice. Very quiet end of the beach which worked well for my family. There were no partiers at the beach. Lots of families- my kids had plenty of other children to play with at the pool. Staff was great! Having a full kitchen was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

  The grounds were beautiful! We were there for Spring Break with 2 teenagers I appreciated that all though it was enough off the beaten path of the crazy strip it was still conveinently located!   The 'condo' was very comfortable with everything we wanted - seaview of the gulf with the occasional dolphins passing by. A very quiet relaxing on the beach location.A Short walk or drive to some good eateries. Food shopping at Wal Mart was 10 minutes drive away, but a Wynn Dixie was just a 5 minute walk along the road. Overall - Very clean, up to date facility. Very friendly and helpful staff. My family and I stayed the week for softball nat'ls and love the fact I didn't have to wait for elevators longer than a minute or two. We had teammates at resort next door that would be waiting or in the elevator for 20-30 minutes b/c it was so busy and it would stop at every floor. Would definitely come again

  Very helpful staff, very clean hotel - common areas and my room. I had an early flight and they handed me a brown bag with some breakfast items. How nice! - The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very close to Pier Park so we didn't have far to reach our desired destination.

  We were very pleased with everything about it. The walk to beach was not in distance for us personally and due to close shopping, restaurants and entertainment - the streets were busy.
