  On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. He said the room should not have been used and offered to move us but we asked him just to bring some portable lights as we had already unpacked. ... what people say » This he did. About 30 minutes later my partner decided to have a shower and the water control handle came off in his hand. We decided to go to Recep - Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool and pool bar were exceptional and staff at the pool bar were friendly and great to talk to.

The Jacuzzi was a nice way to relax after walking around the parks all day. Everything you needed was in the condo. Home away from home. the beds were extremely comfortable. Close to Disney, shopping, carnival and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

  I was really surprised at the size and amenities of the room for its price; I was expecting much less. The room was absurdly large with a sleeper couch, two televisions, and a mini kitchen equipped with a microwave and refrigerator (both of which we used). We had a situation with Florida express shuttle where we had major problems with getting picked up over a period of 3 hours. She tried many times to phone express shuttle to try and fix the problem. She couldn't do enough for us in the situation we were in.
