  Staff very nice and helpful! Rooms was clean, and I had a great view of the water which made it worth the money. And if your not up for going out they have a very nice lounge area overall the stay was good.. - Everything was great. Staff, especially young doorman on duty Sun. morning around 11:00 was very helpful. Also love location. Great place ... what people say » at affordable rates.

  Everything, the hotel is wonderful. I'm a retired Marine and I've traveled with my family to many places. This is the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed in. - Room with the balcony view of the inside mall and river veiw also. Iwill let others know about this, when visiting here.

  The staff was calm, polite and attempting to be very accommodating in a difficult situation. Water is critical for more than drinking. While their intentions were good, two bottles of water overnight without running water is no comforting.
