  We loved the complete set-up, the maritim style throughout the hotel. Common areas were nicely furnished and with great views of the marina. In the evening the staff would light bonfires on the different terraces.The rooms were bright and spacious with balconies, the bathroom was big and nice and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Erica at the bar was attentive and made you feel like you've been showing up there for years. The gentleman who provide fires outside for two nights was a very nice man.

  Location, location, location! You just can't be any closer to the ocean and the beach.. Just amazing! I loved their very lovely and friendly staff, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, the ocean is right in front of you, the village is steps away and Carlos at the pool will always make you laugh.. is there anything else you need for a perfect... what people say » vacation?.. I don't think so.. I'm coming back soon! - The staff was excellent. We had a problem finding a parking space and Crystal was amazing. She came into the parking lot and actually called people to ask them to move their cars to make more space available. She did in fact get us a spot. Crystal went above and beyond to help us and NEVER stopped smiling.

  Great spa, great setting, very, very nice and helpful staff. Very good food except for the Gurney burger--dry and tasteless. Nice rooms, great views, comfortable beds. Very clean and comfortable baths. It was a wonderful place to escape and relax. - Everyone who worked there was friendly and professional.We had a 2 bedroom suite right on beach.W... what people say » e had a problem with guests overhead. Front desk immediately offered us to move to another suite no problem. Great customer service.

  The location was fantastic. It was within walking distance of restaurants and right near the beach. Also, it was not near all of the other hotels so the beach was quiet and not crowded. It was very relaxing. The room was clean and had air conditioning and a nice porch so we could sit outside and have something to eat. The shower was great! Also, they let us have late check out and accommodated us when we asked for a room with a better view. - The location is great, virtually on the beach, and we had a sea view. The room was comfortable and neat with a balcony, and the bathroom sufficient with a big shower. Complimentary coffee in the room which was great. The hotel is walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Owners very friendly.
