  The hotel was clean and secure and the free breakfast was very welcoming indead with plenty to chose from they also had a member of staff making sure everything was fresh. There is a restaunt affering a free limo service that pick you up and drop back off free of charge. This was the last of our tour from New York to Memphis staying in 7 different - Cost, location, secure parking. The night manager (I assume he was ower) was very friendly and offered to help out with the problems with the room. Cannot answer number 2 questions so the facilities were nice, the room and hotel were clean and comfortable, the location was ok, and the value for the money would have been fantastic if not for the problems.

  We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, the hotel and location were nothing like the bad reviews we saw.The staff were polite and helpful and the hotel facilities were good value for money. Downtown was only a 5 minute drive and parking was free on riverside drive which was only a 5 minute walk from beale street. - Front desk people were ve... what people say » ry helpful in giving specific directions. Internet computer was fast and always available. Adjacent parks were pleasant to be able to bird watch. The location was extremely handy., but I knew that from an earlier stay.

  The whole of Days Inn was excellent. Staff coulnd't do enough for you, especially the lovely Tracy. They even had a shuttle service for the airport. The whole place was immaculate, they were constantly keeping it clean. The staff were just so friendly. The rooms where excellent size and very, very, comfortable. I felt safe and secure and well look... what people say » ed after. I can't believe that this was only a 2 star, it truely deserves more that that. As for transport, take the local 43 bus, it's only $3.50 for - Location is great if you are visiting Graceland, but it is on a very busy street. Luckily we had a room in the back. The room was nicely decorated, so is the lobby. it brings you right in the Elvis athmosphere. Although older, especially the plumbing, the room was clean.Breakfast was OK, not great. We stayed 2 nights to visit Graceland,so that was OK, wouldn't wanna stay a whole week or so.If you just plan to visit Graceland it's perfect for a couple of nights.

  A young lady at the reception (on duty on the 6th of September 2013 - 11:00 pm), was extremely nice, competent, professional and naturaly interested in serving the best way she could. I mention the word naturally and her because most of times staff are very polite and educated but you are left with the filling that you have in front of you a mach... what people say » ine trained to be like that. Its more difficult to come a cross a person naturally inclined to serve. That is a natural quality and very much apprecia - Very awesome staff..went above and beyond to help me out when my car wouldn't start. Their maintenance worker had my car started in less than 15 minutes in rain and 40 degree weather!! The indoor hot tub/pool was a great plus! And the beds were so comfortable. I slept like a baby. We had a wonderful trip and will be back!!

  We obviously loved the the breakfast buffet which is honestly what makes it worth the money for my fiance and I. We will absolutely be coming back when we want a night out. - The Room and staff are excellent. Staff were friendly and always ask if we need anything. We will book Embassy Suites again went traveling.

  The resort had great staffing service. Their behaviors were very professional and personable even down to the grounds keeper and maintenance crew. Their attitudes reflected an open and friendly environment with a willingness to help! Their kitchen staff did a great job and breakfast had a variety of food (healthy). Their compound was very clean and house keeping ran li - It was very nice, the staff was great... The room was very clean like a home away from home... The king suite with the fireplace was very cozy... It was actually like a one bedroom apartment.
