My wife and I stayed here a couple nights. The facilities were great, staff was wonderful and very helpful my only complaint was I had asked for champagne chocolate dipped strawberries and rose petals on the bed for the first night. When we arrived champagne was on ice but strawberries were frozen and there were no rose petals. Overall the stay was wonderful comfortable and I would definitely stay there again if you're there check out la Prime steakhouse on the top story!.

Amazing service from the staff from the moment I drove up to park through the moment I checked out of the hotel. The manager, Beth, provided outstanding service with guiding my clients and me through how to use public transportation. An amazing place to stay in the heart of downtown, with little shops scattered around and a great pool, with pool service, towels and comfy sun loungers. Beautiful view from the revolving cocktail lounge and attentive staff. The bed extremely comfortable Th engineer came extremely quickly to replace globes in the room and show me how the Air Con worked. He gave us a voucher for breakfast the next day which was greatly appreciated. Love the staff! Extremely helpful a Shout out to Richonn at the front desk who let me borrow her charger for my phone. Everyone was extremely helpful. everything was amazing!!the hotel is into the downtown the breakfast was amazing and the rooms were ery big and comfort!. The check in employee...he was extremely courteous and happy. The hotel veiw and structure of in side every ting. The best experience we have had in a long long time. Lives the bathroom especially the shower!. Central location. Location. Room service very good and room service food was great. I liked the fact that even though my reservation through letsbookhotel.com was not made, the westin-b accommodated me at the discount price however I did not get the room that I reserved. Where is a review of letsbookhotel.com???. Classy room, interesting revolving rooftop bar, outside glass lift, Westin touch. Location. That I couldn't stay longer. :). As a business hotel this was great, but wouldn't recommend to families due to the location. No tooth paste, tooth brush, etc. in bathroom. No slippers or dressing gown in room. Room I considered smallish Only one bottle of water even though the booking was for 2. Nothing comes to mind. the air condition was very strong and the temperature was very low. No one mentioned there was a bar upstairs :( we didn't know until after we left ). nothing. Parking fee & overall spiff up the place. Was told I would not be charged valet as compensation, sort of, because I had to wait to be checked in due to booking errors either with the hotel or through letsbookhotel.com and yet I still incurred the charges. Did not appreciate having to wait that long in the lobby for something that was not my fault. Parking was too expensive at $40/day. Navigation about the hotel was very confusing. Internet use was $12.50/day - did not use. Shower was awkward. I didn't like the fact that my reservation through letsbookhotel.com was not done - they had no record. Where is a review of letsbookhotel.com???. Expensive, only stay if you need downtown experience, parking $40, logistics of getting from valet to reception to lift,. Front desk personnel were rude. Had a lot problems with the bill, the hotel charged me 3 times for the rooms and after a week I am still fighting with them to resolve the issue.
