The location was excellent. the front desk starting with Christian, he always explianed how to get to our destination and he even wrote directions and marked on the map. i needed an extra room and he was always accomodating. Joshua, he was always nice with my parents especially speaking spanish to them as they were senior citizens, I was picking on…
what people say him calling him Jacobs and still never complained. Thomas, he was also able to take care of my parents and he never hesitated to make our stay memora - We enjoyed our stay ,Staff was friendly & very accomodating,Bed was extremely comfortable ..& there were no surprises..The room was exactly what it said.. yes it was small ,but we were aware of that when we booked..For a room in this area we definately got what we needed at a resonable price...we had a great trip..& we would stay there again....

Our contact Svetlana was extremely helpful when we needed an extra room to accommodate another guest in our party and she rearranged bookings to allow us all to be in adjacent rooms which was greatly appreciated. All the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful and our stay there was most enjoyable. - Very helpful staff, nothing was a problem.
