Loved the location, the staff were excellent, we were upgraded upon
arrival for no additional cost. The staff made every effort to make sure
we were taken care of---oh, except for the day doorman. We needed a cab---
very easy to get by ourselves---but the doorman insisted on flagging one
for us. But, then he got involved with a couple checking in. We had to
leave and we kept telling him...so, we flagged our own cab. No big deal.

We went to nyc on a girls trip staying in a two double bed with a city
view room on the 18th floor. Comfortable beds, very clean, adequate
breakfast in am, 24 hr coffee, and excellent service with front desk.
They were always eager to address our needs. This hotel is only two
blocks away from Grand Central Station, which was perfect for seeing the
city. The only thing that I wasn't crazy about was th sliding door
that separates the bedroom and bathroom. This was easily overlooked

The location is great. It is a new hotel still under construction but it is almost done. It is very good to have complimentary drinks and snacks during de day on 27th floor with a couple of computers and printer to acces . You can refill your water bottle with fresh cold water just outside your bedroom door. The bathroom is very well lit which is quite unusual in hotels and room nicely decorated. You can also open the window.
