  This was our first visit to New York. The location is excellent. I travelled with my three daughters and we felt safe. Easy access to subway, shopping and sight seeing. The staff was more than welcoming and extremely helpful. I recommend this hotel to all my friends. Will make sure to stay again.   This was a fantastic hotel for a nyc break. 10 minutes from time square and just down the road from Hell's Kitchen Flea Market at the weekend (a must visit). Excellent staff willing to help at all times. Room was ideal, perfect for 2 people sharing..when people suggest they are too small I wonder want they want the room for? The location is a few blocks from The Port Authority Bus They don't do room service every day, but if you need anything (towels, trash taken out, dishwashing soap, etc.) the staff is super responsive and so nice! The kitchen comes with pots, pans, and storage dishes so we could cook in some nights and save a bit of money. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
