For a best western it has so much character, very nice design, nice to look at and rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained.

The BW Hacienda is our main reason for visiting San Diego. This hotel is very comfortable, well-appointed, clean and has excellent beds! The Hampton line of hotels are consistently excellent and the staff was wonderful as well...even calling to ensure everything was fine and recommended an excellent local pizza and pasta restaurant with free delivery for dinner when they found out we were just going to stay in for the night.
