  We stayed at the Platinum for a few days before going on a road trip and again 10 days later to rest before the long flight home. I found the hotel to be excellent value for money. It was very large and had more than what you would find in the average home as for luxuries. they leave nothing out. You will feel like your staying in a 5 star room. Fantastic value for money. When we first saw our room we had the WOW factor. We had to double check to make sure we had chosen within our budget. Location was great aswell.

  We were thrilled with the Wyndham Grand Desert! Highlights were the mini-kitchen including a DISHWASHER, in-unit washer/dryer, separate bedroom, and lovely pool area.   I cannot rate the staff because we had 2 experiences, one bad, one great. The first woman we checked in with was just snotty-attempting to be business like, but really, was a b----. Wouldn't give us a good rate, so we made reservations from Booking right then and there. Then, went to the other check in person, named Derek, and he was great. The bo... what people say » oking hadn't come through yet, so he had someone do it manually, and gave us a great suite. This hotel is wonderful---off the strip, and quiet. We not - The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.

  I've stayed at Vdara before and I really enjoyed this trip too. First off, we checked in earlier than normal check-in and we got upgraded to a Corner King Suite which was huge, spacious! There was a full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, separate bathroom, washer and dryer facilities and a large master bathroom. The views were incredible. Housekeeping was ver - The hotel had beautiful design both inside and out. The rooms were finished to a high standard. The hotel is ideally located for exploring rest of the strip but a haven for escaping the noise also. The staff were helpful and we were upgraded on our second night to a executive room as we were on our honeymoon. We were also given champagne and strawberries upon returning from our trip to the grand canyon booked through the hotel. The upgrade was to a corner room so we had 270 degree views over th
