Pretty much everything was great(see Question 2.)-loved the open terrace and the guest facilities on tenth floor. - they have a guest floor that lovley. coffee served all day and internet with amazing windows.

Very safe and secure place to stay in and the area was safe,close to the metro stations from which you can go uptown or downtown and a main line into JFK.
Apt had a full kitchen area,good wifi,flat screen tv,nice clean and roomy bathroom,plenty of storeage space.

Have to admit I was a little anxious about whether this was a good choice, but it turned out to be perfect! Apt was very clean and newly updated (nice tile, hardwood, cabinets). Seemed very secure. This hotel was well located within walking distance of Times Sqaure and also near to the main subway and bus routes which could take you around Manhattan and the rest of New York city. Facilities were just right when you consider that we only used the hotel for rest as we were constantly outside exploring the city.
