I like everything about our stay at the Hampton Inn at 35th St. All of the staff from the desk reception, maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional! My daughter loved the complimentary hot chocolate. She even commented "Mom, I really like this hotel" and she's only 14. The beds were comfy and everything was cleaned eve

I selected Hampton Inn because, as a former Hilton hotels employee, I
knew what I was going to get. I appreciate the early check in, the late
check out, and, more importantly, thank you for honoring my request for
a crib, it made a huge difference! Jane at the front desk was amazing!
She's an asset to the hotel, made the check in process seamlessly.
Luis at the breakfast buffet was very attentive and caring. The daily
rate was a little more expensive than I wished to pay, but it was fair

From the moment we checked in until we departed we were treated like gold. I got this room at an excellent price yet the staff and our concierge went above and beyond their duties with little extras like cupcakes and bubbly for my boyfriends 30 th which we spent in NYC.

I cannot say enough about the staff at Eventi. Even after we arrived (pretty cranky) just before 2 am, they were warm, helpful (room service? OF COURSE!), thoughtful (What brought you to NYC? A birthday- well, then, let's send you a gift of champagne!), knowledgeable (great restaurant recommendations, even for foodies!),and attentive. Little things like their daily wine hour (generous, comfortable, paired with cheese, lively- I think EVERYONE in the hotel was there) were done exceptionally we

The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Just what you can expect from a new, renovated hotel. The room was somewhat on the small side (1 king bed, room with two queens is larger but also more expensive) but I guess that is common in NY where space is limited and hotel prices are high. This is a beautiful hotel. The room was extremely clean and up-to-date. Our beds were comfortable. It definitely fit our needs for NYC. It was very close to everything - walking distance to 5th Avenue, Broadway, Times Square - but we were not in the midst of the crowds, noise and chaos. Parking, stores, and non-touristy restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect hotel to relax in and we were fine with the smaller size because we were not in there much.
