Everything! We especially loved the bunk room set up! We traveled with
two parents and two adult boys 18 & 20. We all wanted to stay in
the same room but a typical 2 double bed set up in most hotels would
not have worked and having two rooms in a typical hotel would have
meant us being apart and would have extremely expensive. I even looked

Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. The surprise of a skating rink justblew me over! The hotel isactually indoor/ outdoor! The room are a nice size with a gorgeous bathroom. The heaters are a little loud

The warm cookies, really helpful staff, shower pressure, the free bottled water was a massive highlight to us and has set a personal standard. Also having the opportunity to check in early was amazing after getting off an overnight flight.

This was a fantastic hotel for a nyc break. 10 minutes from time
square and just down the road from Hell's Kitchen Flea Market at
the weekend (a must visit). Excellent staff willing to help at all
times. Room was ideal, perfect for 2 people sharing..when people
suggest they are too small I wonder want they want the room for? This
was a city break

showering. Excellent, definitely what recommend this hotel and will
definitely return! -
The location, staff, and cleanliness of the room. Excellent all around!
The location is a few blocks from The Port Authority Bus They don't
do room service every day, but if you need anything (towels, trash taken
out, dishwashing soap, etc.) the staff is super responsive and so nice!
The kitchen comes with pots, pans, and storage dishes so we could cook
in some nights and save a bit of money. We would stay here again in a
heartbeat.

I can't say enough about how awesome this hotel was. I kept telling
my husband, "Wow!! We SCORED!!!!" The rooms were quite
spacious, the shower had great water pressure, we loved having a little
mini kitchen with a fridge, stove top and dishwasher. It was great for
reheating leftovers when the kids were hungry. The staff was courteous

Everything about this hotel was amazing. I had originally booked a 3 night stay for my mom and myself. We had a room with two double beds and it was surprisingly spacious from my previous experience with NYC hotels. We didn't feel like we were stepping all over eachother! We ended up needing to stay for another night and the staff were very accommodating eventhough we ended up having to stay in a King room. The beds were very comfortable and having the kitchenette was a perk for sure! We we

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. One
of the few hotels in the vicinity that offers free wi-fi in the room and
breakfast (with good coffee). I also found the room to be more spacious
than any other nyc hotel room in which I've stayed. Our room was
clean, quiet, and well-appointed. It had a coffee machine with

I loved the location of the hotel and it was perfect for a city break. The room was small but the bed was incredibly comfortable and the place was extremely clean. The hotel had top of the range facilities including a very plush rooftop bar and the room was finished to a very high standard. The breakfast was delicious and the parking facilities were excellent and didn't cost too much. The wifi was really fast and free also. I will definitely be staying there again when I return to New York. It wa

We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the
young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind
and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He
stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we
waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to
finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our
luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it
up for us.
