  With out a doubt, the staff work so hard for you that I am continually amazed. No matter the hour (I was a late last minute check in on a busy Sat night after a missed flight). Very friendly, very accommodating. They gave me their charger from behind the front desk. They really understand customer service.   This hotel is "top drawer" all the way! - The hotel was quite grand, and very luxerious in the common areas. The location worked well for us, as we seemed to be no more than a 10 minute cab ride from just about every where we went. The view from our Tower room was the clincher. We had a beautiful bay view.

  The history and design of the building. Gorgeous. The bedroom was lovely and the bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. Amenities in the bathroom were very nice quality as well Carpet needs cleaning or needs to be replaced.   The Room was great. Very Clean. Hotel front desk woman with an accent wasn't warm, but helpful. The guy who worked the front desk on Saturday night was awesome. General ambience,decor and atmosphere was good especially cocktail bar and live music. Considering it was a city hotel with obviously limited space we really enjoyed our stay there.

  I found the service to be excellent and it started way before we even arrived. The concierge helped us to find the right tour companies and plan out our trip so it was everything we wanted. My work takes me to many destinations and i have stayed at many different types of hotels but never have i received the type of great service as I did at this... what people say » hotel. They took care of everything without question. I will definetly stay at this hotel again. - Overall a very pleasant stay with close proximity to shops and public transport. Gliezl at the front desk was amazing and moved us to a quiet floor after moving twice due to the thinness of the walls. She was professional, friendly and efficient and made sure we got a room without an interleding door as well as a breathtaking bay view!
