This place was great. I would highly recommend it. So many times when
you book a room and then get there, the rooms look nothing like the
photos on the website. These photos are very accurate. The room was very
clean, comfortable and beautiful.
The staff was amazing, and very friendly. My husband and I got sick and we needed to stay an extra day.

Most comfort stay I have ever had in the U.S. We originally booked for one night, but after checked in, we immediately felt in love with this nice hotel and decided to extend to another night. Nick at the front desk was very professional and went beyond his duty to help us planning our second day of visit in Buffalo. All staff were friendly and courteous.
We especially love the design and beautiful kitchen. We will definitely be back next summer or whenever in Buffalo. I highly recommend this

The staff were all very friendly. Even the cleaning staff smiled and said good morning to us as we were leaving and walking down the hall. The room was super clean. The price was great also for everything that the room offered. I also enjoyed my view as I could look out and see First Niagara Center where I went to attend Geroge Strait's concert.

We needed to be at the train station at 4 am and it was going to be a mile walk with luggage. 4 members of group were elderly and 3 were kids. One of the employees gave us a lift in the hotel van. We were 9 so it took him two trips. We appreciate the help. We liked the cookies, water bottles, and Fridays restaurant downstairs. The rest of that part of Buffalo seemed dead on a Sunday evening so it was good to have a place to eat right there.

This is such a gem in the downtown area. If you want to feel special this is the place to visit. Everything from the welcome at our vehicle, to the happy hour in the parlour, to the limo service to our fine dining restaurant (as suggested and reserved by the staff), to the beautiful complimentary breakfast was superb! -

the place...by the way we had a nice view of the neighbourhoood.

The Lenox Hotel is a piece of Buffalo history. Beautiful old building on the border of hip Allentown. While the Lenox is not a fancy, modern hotel, it is clean, comfortable and the staff are very accomodating. We walked the neighbourhood, beautiful old Victorians. Incredible.
If you're looking for the likes of the Westin or a W hotel, the Lenox is not for you.
If you're interested in charm, history and value, this is the hotel for you!
