All the staff were so friendly and welcoming and so proud of the Hotel, which was nice to hear. We travel extensively as a family and the Olympic Fairmont Hotel would have to be one of the best hotels we have stay in. Spotless, friendly and Old World Charm, with good old fashioned manners and service.

The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the
upgrade to the suite.
The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated.
Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.

The bed spreads! They were just so much prettier than any hotel I've ever seen. Puckered bed topper with a teal tree design end lay. The view was nice (even though it was the highway). The breakfast was AMAZING, hot and fresh. Access to 24-hour fitness made me feel like management of the hotel knew what they were doing and had good area business relationships.

It's wonderful experience! My wife and daughter enjoyed their stay and become friends with the staff. They also provide very useful sugguestions to tourism visitor like us. experience. Room was very comfortable, very nice king bed, refrigerator
