The price and quality of the room. 5 minute walk from the Toyota center.. Great location for concerts or events.

You have to pay for parking for an event $25 and I think $5 or $7 for a normal day.

Great facility for the money paid! Looked like it had just been renewed! Perfect location, walking distance to the Toyota Center, public parking just next to the hotel, different restaurants also walking distance, 10-15 mins away from The Galleria... I really recommend it! Definitely worth it to stay there again :)

The room was fairly small, but nice. The hotel was comfortable and secure and was very close to the Toyota Center and Convention Center. It was within walking distance of several nice restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice value for the money, considering the prime location. If you are tired of the big convention hotels, this is a nice, quiet alternative.

The staff members at the Athens Hotel Suites were WONDERFULLY NICE and accommodating! Folks like JOHN and BRIAN were amazingly helpful with my continued questions. We were comfortable, and the place was extremely quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay there again. It is very close to the convention center, and we were able to walk there and back each day in safety and comfort.

I am a smoker and enjoyed the patio so I did not have to stand on the street to smoke. I liked having the kitchen even though I didn't cook anything. The linens were clean and the staff was very nice.

Carpets really need a good cleaning or new pads. It smells a bit.

The price was very reasonable and it was walking distance to the venue I was attending. A/C gets the room cold fast, kitchen w/ a oven. Parking lot very close.

It said breakfast, but it's not what you expect. TV's outdated, light bulbs in bathroom needed to be changed out. Hot water took a long time to finally get hot. The patio could use more cleaning such as dead plants that block your view along the rail.

The breakfast was very simple and there was no room for that.

Location was great! 2 blocks from Toyota Center. Breakfast was better than expected and although the bed was very close to door, the rooms were not decent size. For the location and price of $70 during a special event, it's a god value.

Non-existant parking. Had to use garage blocks away, metered parking or a pay lot. During special events good luck paying under $20. Light cover was missing, bathroom wasn't the cleanest and carpet very old.

Rooms were very clean.

On the website I saw there were paid parking. When I got there it was $20 to park. It took 1hr to check in and our room was mixed up. I booked a double bed snd recieved a single. It was fixed. At check out I was not given a reciept. On my way home my credit card was charged triple the amount I was told.

Staff was nice.

Rooms were terrible. Put me in wrong room first. Looks like a place where crack deals happen. Overpriced. Every single machine in the hotel was broken. The place essentially sucked. One of the worst hotels i've been to and it cost me $160 per night. Weird.

Friendly staff

Ripped bathroom towels, lobby computer not working, very overpriced,no tissues in bathroom, just tacky, sorry to give a bad review because the staff was so friendly but this hotel was not worth $175 per night- terrible over priced.

The main lobby it was dirty! From the main office: printer, internet, vending machine... Nothing were working!! Even a cockroach I saw in the stairs!! I just wanted my money back!!!!

The place is aweful. Nasty, dirty. The carpet is disgusting. The beds are broken. No comforter on beds. Bleach stains on blankets. Bathroom absolutely disgusting. NO PARKING. You have to public park. NO ELEVATOR. Must walk on black dirty carpet.
