Staff on reception, were excellent, extremely welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Definitely would stay there again. The bed (12th Floor) so comfy a real treat!. I enjoyed the resturant a variety of food buffet. My husnand and i loved it. Everyone was polite and helpful. We would stay here again.

every one that worked there was friendly and professional. The facility was clean and very comfortable. I liked the location. So many things to see and do within walking distance of the hotel. They have a reasonably priced restaurant on site and a well equipped fitness facility. The staff was friendly, conscientious, and extremely service oriented!. Where nice room. Nice location. Outdated facilities. Elevators not working all the time. $24 valet parking per day unscheduled wake up call at 6 am phones in room difficult to operate or it was broken. When we called we were told we would be able to book tours from the hotel so we did not rent a car. When we arrived they said there were no tours available for 2 people in the entire city. Feel the staff should have been aware if this it made our trip very unpleasant.
