Location was great. The Christmas did decorations were beautiful. The rest of the decor was bizarre with tropical pictures everywhere combined with the traditional elements. The room decor was beyond dated with pink lights and mint green walls. The first room had dirt and dried leaves on the bed. The next room was cleaner but the carpet was thread bare in spots and I stepped on a tack. Very friendly staff, helped with luggage, informative about town. I went out to walk my dog and left my key in the room and they couldn't have been faster with the replacement or nicer doing it. Am booking them again for my return trip. Rooms are a little older, but clean.

We asked down stair room cause were handy cap can't clime states and told us sorry can't help out so had to find a place at midnight when we were. Very tired from driving. All day long. My cell# 970 690 0510. Decor, cleanliness, how old this GS were lime the phone. decor was a little dated and seemed strange to have beach scenes and decorations in the mountains. There needs to be grab bars in the bathrooms, especially the bathtubs. The bottom of the shower curtain was moldy and the comforter was stained. We booked a king size room and I confirmed the reservations twice. Then when we arrived my room was given to someone else and I was given two queen size rooms which wasn't enjoyable for me and my husband. We were told we would be given a discount but it did not appear on our bill. Don't give away rooms if you have already promised them. Or was the person you gave it to more important than us?. Seemed to be a remodel in progress, good work so far but keep going. Bathrooms could use exhaust fans and towels should be upgraded from sandpaper. Fridge and microwave not plugged in and no plug in near them. Had to move them to middle of room to reach plug in. Was very dirty behind fridge. We were provided with the incorrect room type. I had to go back up to the office where they had to change the room type and give out new keys. I was told the room type was not guaranteed online. I reserved a double queen for $80.00 total, and received a King room ($76.00 rate). I checked my credit card today 9/2/2013 and I was billed $101.80 for some reason. I will be calling to find out why I wasn't charged the stated amount. I have had two hip replacements and I had to climb stairs to the second floor. None.
