Staff was friendly and courteous. Hotel was clean. Comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff. Prices for meals in the restaurant were prohibitive. When we got to check in, they didn't have my reservation and we had to book a room. Now I've been charged twice and have to figure out what I can do to fix this. Very frustrated. I need my receipt! The hotel said they could not give me one since I went thru letsbookhotel.com and that letsbookhotel.com would give me one. Where is it? You ask my opinion on every single hotel I stayed at but quite honestly - I just need my receipt!! Please email to me asap. Thank you.
