It was a very pretty hotel.
very helpful staff they printed my boarding pass when I could not do it myself. the shuttle to airport was on time. we had lunch and dinner at kiki;s on the property the food was excellent and staff friendly. loved the modern décor of the hotel and overall look was fresh and new. -

Very nice hotel and the room was very nice with a balcony. Bed was big and comfy too. Breakfast was excellent and we arrived at 9am on day of check in and had our room ready before midday and also allowed use to a complimentary breakfast that morning. Nice pool, bar area had pool table and the food was great too. Close to the beach also.

Very noisy when on the first floor. The people upstairs were very heavy footed. Next time would prefer the second floor although the suite loaction was great. -

Fantastic value for money. Large roomy suite like bedroom - everywhere sparkling and new. Pool warm, staff excellent, shuttle service to and fro cruiseport and/or airport comfortable and efficient. One of your employees, Tim, at the valet counter out front absolutely made our one day stay a complete success. As a stop over before Key West, Tim arranged our transportation to a perfect restaurant he recommended. He also saved the day when our rental car fell through the next morning. He had us fixed up in about 10 minutes and on our way. Tim, you are the best!!!
