Amazing view!! The tiki bar is great and the staff was so friendly. They actually upgraded my room and let me check in really early. The room was beautiful, and extremely clean. It was also very close to several plaza's with restaurants and even a grocery store. I will definately book this hotel whenever I am in town. The service, comfort, everything really, excellent hotel.outside bar and grill were excellent,the staff were very friendly,inside cafe was delicious, view of the ocean and the city were awesome.

I got ther at 11:00 am and check in wasnt til 3 so it was very convenient. ocean view. The tiki bar, restaurant, reserved parking, and hospitality from the staff. Good position on the beach. The hotel is okay, actually the city view is better since you'll have sun on your balcony in the afternoon. The hotel is reasonly priced and comfortable enough. It;s proximity to the beach and the large swimming pool and pool side bar.The hotel had a wonderful swimming pool and beach area. The Tiki Bar was attractive and the drinks were reasonably priced. The food at lunch was excellent.The young lady at the front dest was most accommodating. No, we liked everything about the hotel, it was an experience we'll not forget.the part of the penthouse suite we stayed in did not have a balcony i think all of those rooms should have balcony access. no refrigirator on the room. No coffee maker. ice machine on basement floor only. My room was under renovation had to move around my room while they removed my bed brought two beds into the small room. The room door would only open 1/4 the way without ramming it with my shoulder. The staff did however move me to another room. The hotel is a shared condo with resident who has a howling dog the whole time I was there. These are just a few things I would have love to have known. The extra facilties don't reach to the beach, you have to pay for the beds at the beach. Because of the tall buildings, the sun is gone at 3pm.The hotel staff were rude and not well trained and made the experience staying at this location unpleasant. The hotel is not operated by hotel people but I believe by a developer who is trying to turn a lot of the space into condos and sell them to individuals and then rent them out for the owner. A receipe for a badly run operation. The room reserved was non-smoking. Our room when we entered had an ashtray full of cigarette butts. The beds were sunken and the bed old and worn. My comforter had a huge burn on the outside and 6 cigarette burns on the underside, The microwave had no door handle and the safe would not open.
