the situation of the hotel particularly its proximity to the beach. A variety of places to eat were eithin walking distance. Nice view. Beds very comfortable. the hotel was in need of refurbishment. Rum alittle shaby. Could use some paint and maintanance.There wasn't balconies at every room in this hotel although they promised it at hotel description.
