The front desk Manager was very helpful. We arrived at the hotel at arounf 10 AM, The fornt desk personnel, knowing that we had a hard time locating the address and have driven 9 hours from Toronto, had a room ready and available immediately.
Value for the area and close to EWK airport. Shuttle service was excellent and staff were cordial. I stayed at the beginning and again at the end of my trip to NYC. I would stay there again.all reviews
the location to the airport was brilliant and there is a bus service right outside into New York. This hotel is great value for money.

It was easy access to jersey gardens shopping outlet and beside the airport .. Tho a taxi from the airport to their cost $30 there was a free shuttle but the airport is so big and I had a light from San Diego connecting in Phoenix I just wanted to get there.

necessity because I stayed there in July.

To be honest the room smelt like urine. There was hair all over the bath room. The bathroom floor was slippy. The shampoo and body wash bottles weren't new they were just bein refilled as you could see the bottle was old. The bed was uncomfortable. If there was someone staying in a room above you, you could hear their every move and word!.
They promised a free continental breakfast but instead everyone gets
what they call 'breakfast-to-go': basically an apple, a small
drink (not juice) & a crunchy snack. I did like the apple very much,
the best I had ever tasted.
The hotel is really old, so I recommended just for one night because the price is ok.
I didn't like how old it is, the telephone at the room was the most oldest phone I ever seen, the facilities are not good.
No fridge or tea/coffee making facilities in room. Carpet appeared
damp. They didn't bother to reply to two emails prior to arrival
regarding the booking. They didn't respond to two phone calls or one
email after departure regarding a book left in the room which I needed
forwarding on to me.

The room was small and not very clean, TV was very old, Bed light did not work, too expensive for what you have....
It was run down. The ceiling was 7'-0" with old furniture, a tiny bathroom, wall paper coming off walls, no wifi and so much more. It was ugly and the breakfast was a joke. One night was more than enough.

It has the ambience of a one-star motel. Quite scary for a solo traveller. Facade is 3rd rate, pavements are in ruinous condition reminiscent of a condemn establishment.

Pretty much everything about the hotel was bad. The staff was rude and impatient. The rooms were old and dirty. The area around the hotel is terrible. It doesn't feel safe and there are no restaurants. The "continental breakfast" was a joke. They gave us a paper bag with a juice box and a granola bar. Overall we hated staying there and were really disappointed. The pictures do not reflect the actual hotel at all. Do NOT stay here.
