  The room was very clean. Staff were awesome. Maid service was excellent. Beach access was perfect for our dog. My room was clean and spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfy, and the water was hot. The girl at the front desk was also very sweet and welcoming. A very well-run establishment.

  Our family of four + our yorkie, had a wonderful stay =) at The Penny Saver Inn!! I will highly recommend this to family and friends. The manager was kind, delightful, and very helpful. We were within walking distance to everything you could need or want.   we've stayed there twice so far, and the lady at the front desk is most pleasant. the rooms aren't fancy by any means, but they're clean and well kept. the water pressure in the shower is great(a plus in my book), each room has a microwave, fridge and coffee maker, flat screen TV's and cable. all works for me. within walking distance to the oc... what people say » ean and pier, a few restaurants and most of downtown. the beds are comfy. the windows open for a nice breeze and listening to the foghorn in the bay - Staff excellent service, very clean, price excellent, excellent location just behind the National Park Vistor Information Center (it open 9:00 am ~ 5:00 pm everyday), additional covered parking lot, big room with microwave and refrigerator,close to Safeway grocery store, local restaurant and fast food.

  I made a booking mistake, and they did not insist on their right that I have to pay. In general the staff was very polite and helpful. - the staff. they were accommodating and warm.

  Checked in during a "heat wave" and the lady at the counter was apologetic and even offered me a fan for the room. I was told no hotel in town has a/c as it just is not needed. I was coming from 114 degree weather and it was 75 in Crescent City. A welcome relief. Cracked the window all was well. Room was pretty clean but like anything in town, mol... what people say » d will eventually win. Not a lot, just a little, no biggie. Even though next to the main road, it was rather quiet. Bed was nice, I slept like a baby, - The management was so very nice. The place was clean. Checking in and out was very simple. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of hot water for showers. Refrigerator, micro wave and coffee maker all in the room. Our room was very spacious.
