  I really liked the gentlemen that operate the front desk, they were both very kind and informative. I liked that my particular room had a microwave and a refrigerator, as well as an iron & ironing board, of which I utilized all of these during my stay. I also liked that it was located within a decent walking distance from the World Congress Co... what people say » nvention Center, although for my conference, there was a shuttle bus that picked up at the corner of Baker & Cortland and I never had to walk. Thi - Hotel staff are very helpful friendly. Front desk staff are always willing to help (from changing batteries in remote, giving directions to Downtown, and they seem to "know where to buy what"). Cleaning lady was really nice. The location is excellent for walking downtown and making all other areas of Atlanta accessible. They have it written somewhere that "we'll leave the lights on for you". To Motel 6 Atlanta Downtown Northeast, I also say, "leave the lights on because I'll surely come back

  The first room we were checked into was a double handicapped room, we requested a King. We were checked into a suite when we complained about our room. Great upgrade, great hotel. - Staff was very nice and helpful. It was a great over all stay and will be coming back in the furture.

  I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Microtel Inn. The cost was so low, that my expectations were low. But this motel was as nice as others that charge twice the price. Service was very friendly and helpful, and our room was super clean and very comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again if we go back to Atlanta.   Loved the hotel - from the minute we pulled up and we had help to unload our bags until the minute we left, and once again, we had help loading our bags - service was friendly, professional, and impeccable. Everyone we came in contact with was professional and helped us enjoy our stay. We were up early the next morning, and the maid/ - Staff Room Cleanliness The checkin desk was very helpful. Everyone always greeted us with a smile I have never experienced a better hotel staff ever! The shuttle bus even wad very helpful and patient provided tips on places to visit in Atlanta. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! There were 2 weddings going on and it was not a need to get around the wedding groups. I will be returning.
