The helpfulness of the front desk staff, Sean, and his supervisor, Willy. The entire front desk staff was very helpful and informative. I had specific requests for housekeeping and they went above and beyond. The room was extremely comfortable and much bigger and accommodating than I expected. Great breakfast buffet. Clean and well laid out two bedroom suite was quiet yet conveniently located near parking garage and elevator to lobby. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Atlanta Front desk staff and shuttle drivers were all knowledgeable and friendly.

Wanted a hotel close to the airport as we arrived late after a long flight. Very easy to find, lovely staff, parking is cheap, and the room is lovely. Room is very big, amazingly comfortable beds (like sleeping on a cloud!) and excellent shower. Very good value for money. -
