  The staff was excellent. From the time I called to let them know I would be late to the calls we made for extra things like blankets. They were helpful, friendly and personable. - The staff could not have been more helpful and the location to disney was great, only a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was also really good.

  I loved everything about this resort! As soon as I stepped out of the elevator and took a deep breath, I knew I was going to enjoy my stay and be comfortable. It was a wonderful surprise and an exciting time for our so - Overall, I thought the location was good. It was less than a ten minute walk with a stroller. We were next to a 7/11 in case we forgot something. The staff upgraded us to a suite which was nice. I liked having a fridge and microwave. I also enjoyed the parking, and wi-fi being no additional cost. In addition, the breakfast was nice all the basics but one less expense that I didn't have to worry about.

  Our stay at this hotel was excellent. My husband wasn't feeling well when we checked in, so they prepared our room quickly so that he could rest, this was our first impression of their great service. The parking is close to the check in area, very convenient. The hotel is extremely clean, the room is spacious, and the staff members are very courteous. We could see fireworks from Disneyland from our room. What else can we ask for! We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Anaheim.

The shuttle drop off is closer - Great location. Good hotel with lots of kids visiting Disneyland Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. The lady at the check-in was not the best informed but was very friendly and courteous. We had a great two days at Disney. We could even see the fireworks from the hotel. The hotel was clean and worth the money. Parking was included and there is a shuttle for $5 adults - and $3 Children - worth it as it is less than parking at Disney. So - great experience no complaints.
