Our stay at this hotel was excellent. My husband wasn't feeling well when we checked in, so they prepared our room quickly so that he could rest, this was our first impression of their great service. The parking is close to the check in area, very convenient. Our 7 year old son loved the pool area as well as the menu at the onsite restaurant. The cost of food at the restaurant was very reasonable. Close proximity to Disneyland which was the sole purpose of our stay.
all reviews » Excellent hotel! Location is 5 minutes walk to Anaheim Convention Center, 20 min walk to Downtown Disney, and 10 min to Anaheim Garden Walk. Excellent value. The hotel is extremely clean, the room is spacious, and the staff members are very courteous. We could see fireworks from Disneyland from our room. What else can we ask for! We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Anaheim. The customer service was amazing. We wanted to check in early so we could get to Disneyland, and they were able to find us an available room. When we told them we were traveling for our anniversary, they gave us some complimentary extras that really made our anniversary great and made us feel like valued customers. The warm cookie at check in was the icing on top. We wanted to visit Disneyland and we thought this hotel was the perfect place to stay. It was reasonably priced and the rooms were clean and spacious. A shuttle picked us up right outside the hotel to take us to Disneyland. The staff were pleasant and efficient. A restaurant was attached which served a nice breakfast. We were totally satisfied with our choice. -Friendly staff -2 room suites good value for families with small children -Fresh cookies on arrival! -Public bus service to Disneyland every 20 minutes - the 15 minute walk was quite taxing on a hot day after a morning/afternoon in Disneyand. I addressed a problem with the manager; and we came to an agreement; he had given me full 5days to the current room i was checked in; he had told me the real reason why i was asked to move ; officer that checked me in made a mistake. I loved this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We visited Disney and this was located less than 1 mile fromt the park entrance. The blvd. where the hotel is located is buzzing with people and great restaurants. We really did enjoy our stay in your hotel. Each night when we came back after a long day, we felt like we were home. It was safe and very beautiful. If we return to Anaheim we would definately stay there again. thankyou. I like that it was close enough to the city ,Anaheim staium, and Disneyland. My wife and I alond with our baby were able to access all by walking and enjoying ourselves. No vallet service for a hotel of this class. No 24-hour in-room dining service. Paying for parking when you're already paying to stay seems a little ludicrous to me unless you're in a tight, downtown urban area, but it's a small complaint really. Would be a nice bonus if the hotel offered some spa services. Need to provide more bottled water. Nothing negative about this hotel. Parking fees. Should already be included if staying more than one day. no shuttle to disney resorts. Refrigerator did not work but maintenance replaced it. And went to use pool and spa and someone had put toilet paper in it. I think they need someone keeping an eye in that area every hour. The bed was uncomfortable. Nothing. The outside noise that you can hear from your bed. Front desk was condescending, rude, and unhelpful on check in...and I was staying for six nights! You'd have though they would be extra nice to someone who was going to pay them over $1,000!. Facilities.
