Room clean when we arrived home very late each eve. &Amp; could just shower & crash for next day's activities. The young gentleman who checked us in was extremely courteous & friendly. I liked this hotel just fine, it was clean and comfortable and fit our needs. the price was great and I would come back and also recommend this hotel to others visiting Anaheim. Close to Disney has a clean pool- small though Rooms very clean Great value if you are there for Disney.
all reviews » Hard boiled eggs and great coffee among other things for breakfast. The desk was always attentive. Very convenient to attractions and roadways. HUGE room. Price was reasonable for what you're getting. Generally, the room was very clean. convient, friendly,. Refrigerator. Very clean. The beds. The prices for 2 rooms were fantastic, definitely cheaper than every place else. The rooms were nice especially considering the price you paid for. According to the front desk lady, they recently remodeled. There were no mold, dust or bed bugs. There is also a $30 deposit for every night you stay there, however you can pay that in cash and they give it baxck to you when you check out. Property has been renovated and now is much better than some reviews indicate. Beds are comfortable and rooms have all typical amenities. Staff was pleasant and accommodating and maids did an excellent job.The location is about a mile from Disneyland Resort. I liked the price of the rooms it fit my budget for a vacation. It was nice and quiet. It was close to Disneyland to walk, but it is easier if you have older children because it is a little long. Nice beds and bathrooms were clean. Nice to have ridge but we spent most of our days at disney so it was a great deal for the family suite. Inexpensive food close if you wanted it. The price of the room was excellent for the number of people. It was clean enough, and comfy enough. Ability to pay cash. Friendliness of staff. SUPER CHEAP soda machines!. Close to Convention Center, places to eat and of course the liquor store. We spent 4 days there and didn't need to rent a car. Easy access to Disneyland.! Friendly staff. Very informative. Ok good. The price was good even though they did not honor the letsbookhotel.com rate.It ended up being $40 higher,and they also had a $30 cash deposit for some unknown reason. Nothing is what I liked about the hotel!!!! Maybe the cost but not worth saving money by staying there. The location was great. Family friendly. Nothing. The hot tub was broken and when fix the water was warm and the worse part the intent never worked and it was my wife's birthday and I would never stay again and wanted my money back but the manger never called and I called Booking .com and never heard back and the second day was my wife birthday and we had plans for the following day!!!!!I felt like I was foreced to stay or get no money back or not even a lower rate for a poor hotel..... It was near disneyland. nothing. Outlet @ sink area not working & not aware of it till next day when phone was not charged & not able to make coffee. Initially though thought coffee maker was broken. Their was no free shuttle although 2 separate advertisements claimed there was. Continental breakfast was minimal toast, fruit loops, coffee and orange juice. The hotel owner tried to offer me a ride to the airport but then told me it was $55. A taxi costs $35 so this was way too expensive and they continued to pressure me afterwards. I appreciate the option but it was too expensive. Not most comfortable bed and bathroom exhaust vent was VERY loud. Breakfast should be eliminated, not appealing AT ALL. Should invest in free WiFi for guests. Tv cable not working, hard beds rooms needs renovation overall. Need more variety for complimentary breakfast (yogurt,bagels,waffles). The floor, as in most hotels that we've stayed, was pretty dirty. We couldn't let the children go barefoot, because their feet would turn black from walking on the carpet. contential breakfast. It is far away from disneyland and the hotel doesn't offer any shuttle service. We walked to the Garden Walk and took a cab back to the hotel. There is a ez tour store right next to the hotel were you can buy tickets so avoid going to the Garden Walk for discount tickets. This is an old motel and doesn't have the flash some newer places have and the pool/hot tub were not working. Breakfast was Froot Loops, Cheerios, toast, muffins and hard boiled eggs. The pool and hot tub was out of service, I would have liked to have spent time at the pool. Breakfast for only 2 hours. Not nearly enough parking. Elevator broken 2 days in a row. Beds were a bit hard on the body. A mattress upgrade would be awesome. Mattress not too comfortable! Ceiling leaked above spa tub! Not too crazy about the continental breakfast!. The damm bathroom fan. The breakfast is spartan at best, but for the price I can deal with it. The beds are Hard! for me it was ok, my wife not so much. there was A roach inside the dresser we we opened it.there is 1 ice machine and it was broken and there was 1 vending machine and it was empty. have to leave cash deposit and had to wait for inspection at ck out to get your deposit back. The carpet ...was so durty. They closed the pool. Wi-fi connection not good at all you had to practically be at the front lobby to connect and the shuttle service is not what they say on the website. Breakfast - poor. swimming pool was closed some days, breakfast ends very fast. The check in staff was fine,but the check out staff was incrediby rude.Because I am a smoker she asked if I had been smoking in the room??The room itself was ok,but the bathroom was gross.Paint peeling and chipping from the ceiling.The shower head only partially worked. The wifi never worked at all,and the only free shuttle service they had was if you purchased yourtickets from them.Overall,not an establishment I would stay at again. The staff was extremely rude!!!! The carpet was disgusting!! I actually through my kids socks away when we got home. The paint on the bathroom ceiling was falling off and into the shower, had to clean out shower everyday. If this was the only hotel available at my time of going, I would reschedule my trip!!!. The fact that the toilet in one of our joined rooms backed up into the room and they did not move us into another room! Thankfully we had the two rooms because the one bathroom was not available for use! Then the iron ruined a pair of shorts!. Staff unable to answer basic questions. For example, a free shuttle to Disneyland was advertised but no one could give us any information about where to catch it or when it ran. A sign in the lobby advertised discount Disneyland tickets but the front desk staff did not have any information on how to obtain them. When we booked the room, it showed a pool and hot tub. Unfortunately they were both "Out of Order". Very dirty. When you walked on the floors in seconds your feet was black, Woke up with bugs in the room. Staff and cleaning crew was Not friendly. No Internet in My Room and hot tub was not hot not even warm and No Internet in the Room!!!!. They have other guests park cars behind our car. Both rooms had mold growing around the cooler and in both bathrooms. The rooms were filthy. I reserved the suite and got 2 rooms. one of the rooms had water leaking from the air conditioner and smelled of mold.
