  The hotel is literally a five minute walk to the main gate of Disneyland. Around the hotel there are several food places to eat. The Valet service was amazing! Such good guys and worth paying them to park my car instead of paying the hotel the same amount and attempt to find a parking spot. Fairly easy to find and the entrance to get back on the highway is really close by. There was no excessive nois - The location of the facility was great, it is walking distance from Disneyland. There is alot of resturants close by as well. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very cleaned. The housekeeping kept the room cleaned and brought fresh towels everyday and made the beds every day. The location of the facility is in a great location within walking distance from downtown disney, disneyland, california adventures, resturants, etc.

  The staff was very welcoming and accomodating. The room set-up was good for a big family which is hard to find at a reasonable price in the LA area. The breakfast was fine, the usual eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, etc. We did not happen to be there for Disney on this trip but it seemed like all the other families were. The housekeeping department does a very good job in keeping the rooms clean and straightening out our stuff that we just laid around the place. The front desk (Eric & the night time girl with glasses) was very helpful and friendly with questions that we had. They were there to make us feel at home which they did. Love this place. We will definitely be back.

  The staff lead by Upali, was family! The room was always clean and stocked well,and each day we would return, to find the beds made up with all of our Amusement park toys and animals decorating the beds and room! The kids loved it, and we felt like family. It was also fun to meet the guests in the parking lot to watch Disney's nightly fireworks! Additionally, Upali a - The staff was phenomenal! Super helpful with all inquiries and generally just friendly. Definitely get bang for your buck. My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights and never once did the staff disappoint. If you ask the management about short cuts to Disney it's only a 5 min walk to the trams so we were able to go in and out of Disney in about 20 min for quick changes or mid day naps no problem. Love this place!

The room wasn't ready at 3pm not tile after 4pm actually, but the gal comped parking than bought us (5) drinks at the resturant. I stayed here for BlizzCon 2013 and it was nice to be able to walk to the back of the property and be right there to the convention center. Upon checking in there was a fee for something that I was not aware of from the letsbookhotel.com website. The manager however was kind enough to subside the price. Which was much appreciated also kept us in the same room even though for my last stay I had booked a smaller room.

  Very friendly staff, and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location is great if you're going to Disneyland!! The price is fantastic as well. I had a great experience overall - loved the location for the price. Was very clean, staff was friendly, free parking.

The lady at the check-in was not the best informed but was very friendly and courteous. We had a great two days at Disney. We could even see the fireworks from the hotel. The hotel was clean and worth the money. Parking was included and there is a shuttle for $5 adults - and $3 Children - worth it as it is less than parking at Disney. So - great experience no complaints.

  I loved everything about this resort! As soon as I stepped out of the elevator and took a deep breath, I knew I was going to enjoy my stay and be comfortable. I also enjoyed the parking, and wi-fi being no additional cost. In addition, the breakfast was nice all the basics but one less expense that I didn't have to worry about.

  Very pleased with all aspects of this hotel! The guest service reps. were very helpful and promt with whatever information I needed. The facility was updated, clean and very Comfortable. The room was spacious with enough room for our luggage, my 4 yr old's restlessness and my disabled husband's wheelchair! My family will definitely stay here again on our next trip!! - The spacious room, was very clean as well. Room came with complimentary Starbucks coffees and teas. Very clean hallway and elevator. Lobby looks very luxurious. Shuttle service to Disney goes every 30 mins from the hotel, and every 15 and 45 minutes from the Disney, very convenient overall. I will stay again in Sheraton when I'm going to Disneyland.
