The manager Joseph was great and very helpful with my issue, decided to take an additional member with me and he made sure we had the room we needed thank you. Also helped with double charges that were done by another staff member.
The staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and really clean rooms. The best deal in Albuquerque. Alex the front desk guy was awesome.all reviews

Broken door on the third floor coming up the stairs to room 301, looked very ugly ghetto. Price I paid was not good for the room.

The breakfast bar is always appreciated, but check out the one at motel 8 in Santa fe: they have lots of room to move around the bar, and tables are arranged so you can actually walk through without weaving in and out, bumping past chairs, as we have to do at Albuquerque West. Santa Fe also had two extra girls helping, so the clerk could attend to his work. But still, thank you...we appreciate your generous breakfast.
Not enough towels without asking for more.
I ask for non smoking but got a pull out for fee that was sweet of them.

Very run down. It was raining and water was leaking through the elevator roof. Bathroom floor not as clean as it could be. No coffee in room.
The hotel stunk like moldie and old also the room we stayed in the chair
was broken and only one chair to sit in the vinal floor in bathroom was
coming up and had black mold in corner the soap was so old it would
break into pieces. I'm sorry to give such a bad review but I would
not go their again the people that worked there was very good though
very professional also we chose not to eat there even though it was
free.thank you.
