Room was very comfortable and great size for 3 women. Beds were comfy; towels were clean and plentiful. Hotel was located in an area that was easily accessible to other areas of interest. Continental breakfast was satisfying. Staff was very courteous and accommodating. I loved the fact that the front desk was open 24-7 and that the room had a refrigerator. Beds very comfortable!!!. The room was very nice. I really liked the front desk people...all very friendly and helpful. The staff were great. The room was clean. I would definitely use the hotel again. It was very comfortable and there were plenty of places to eat near the hotel. Quiet rooms despite proximity to the freeway. Super friendly night staff. because it was really close by to the places we were visiting. very comfortable. convience, price. Bed was comfortable Room was clean. Cost. The ONLY negative was that the coffeepot in our room did not work, but since we had easy access to complimentary breakfast and 24-hour coffee, it wasn't a big deal. We were not there long enough to notice anything negative . Thank you!u. The only thing I did dislike was there were no microwave available upon request!!!!!. The swimming pool did not look clean, was merky looking. The location seemed a little dodgy, that said nothing happened and my stay was uneventful. Toilet seat lid was broken Had a safe but no microwave. Dirty, outdated,poor breakfast. Very disappointing. The room had a door out to the pool area. It was very loud since the pool was open until 10. I have young children who go to sleep at 8. I called the front desk to inquire about when it closed and was told that usually they let people know about the door. I was not informed. Our a/c unit did not work at all, so no way to drown out noise with a fan. Also, the pool and surrounding area was pretty dirty.
