  Front desk personnel were exceptional in all aspects. When I called from airport for a ride the desk person provided detailed information and was helpful. Once I arrived at the hotel they were wonderful. The shuttle drivers both on June 4 and June 5 were great as well. - Spacious and comfortable room. Excellent customer service and very helpful s... what people say » taff. Particular praise for the shuttle bus drivers who were fantastic ambassadors for the hotel. I would defnitely stay here again

  I was travelling with my 15 year old daughter. The hotel was a pleasant surprise amidst the unattractive neighborhood. The room was small, but that's New York. We were on 9th floor and the sweeping views of the Williamsburg bridge and Manhattan skyline were amazing! Beds were very comfortable, room was clean. Staff was young, polite, and - Regarding location, some might find the surrounding industry/depot businesses disturbing, but you cannot beat the stunning view of the Manhattan skyline, you have from all rooms and the rooftop-terrace. The area is quiet at night - also if you walk home to your hotel in the evening. Convenient with the complimentary hotel shuttlebus, but you could also easily walk to the subway station Queensboro Plaza 7 blocks from the hotel (8 min walk).
