  Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms are very comfortable and work well for my family. Hotel is close to Deira City Centre Mall which is very convenient. - The apartments were great, especially with 2 kids.

  The amount of space in the apartment was fantastic , the beds where very comfortable . The pool area lovely and quiet which was a bonus . The staff where very accommodating , allowed us to checkin early which was great as we arrived at the hotel at 09:00am and checkin was from 2pm, we had a room by 10:30. It was much larger than I anticipated! The hotel staff are courteous and pleasant and Youssef at the front desk was particularly notable for his professionalism. He made our stay even more welcoming by giving recommendations for places to go and for accommodating our request for a later checkout!

  The rooms are great. The two bedroom apartment had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is the best feature, with union station right across the road you get access to both green and red line trains.   It was nicely furnished (modern style) large and very confortable. We stayed in a two bedroom that had balcony, green room, multiple A/C control. It was a great hotel with great service and nice clean rooms. - There wasn't anything we didn't like at the Lotus Grand Hotel Apartments. It was just a pity we were only staying one night.

  We boooked at studio, however we turned up early before check in. they kindly provided us with a suite room at no extra cost. i was expecting the hotel staff to tell me that I have arrived too early, and will need to wait for my check in time. but that wasn't the case, aslo this hotel is a 12pm check-in unlike most hotels, which are 2pm.
