  Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms are very comfortable and work well for my family. Hotel is close to Deira City Centre Mall which is very convenient. - The apartments were great, especially with 2 kids.

  We were very pleased with the hotel - the staff were particularly helpful, the apartment excellent in facilities, servicing and cleanliness. The pool was great as it was 42 degrees in Dubai. The hotel was within a 10 minute walk of the nearest very large A/C shopping centre with a supermarket.   The rooms are great. The two bedroom apartment had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is the best feature, with union station right across the road you get access to both green and red line trains. The Free shuttle to and from Airport and to AlMamzar Beach is quite convenient. - Location, location, location Only 3 stops on the metro (4.60) from the airport and adjacent to Union Station. Rooms are huge, we were group of eight and booked a 4 bedroom and a 2 bedroom but we all stayed in the 4 Brm unit of 2 desperate double bedroom, huge sitting room with pullout Dble bed, separate Kitchen laundry and dining room.   It was nicely furnished (modern style) large and very confortable. We stayed in a two bedroom that had balcony, green room, multiple A/C control. It was a great hotel with great service and nice clean rooms. - There wasn't anything we didn't like at the Lotus Grand Hotel Apartments. It was just a pity we were only staying one night.

  We boooked at studio, however we turned up early before check in. they kindly provided us with a suite room at no extra cost. i was expecting the hotel staff to tell me that I have arrived too early, and will need to wait for my check in time. but that wasn't the case, aslo this hotel is a 12pm check-in unlike most hotels, which are 2pm. Overall... what people say » Excellent. - very clean
