I stayed in the hotel on 26/9/2013. I had booked a deluxe room for the couple of us and our 7-month-old baby. We walked into the room, only to discover that we were upgraded to an executive suite without even informing us. It was a glorious surprise and the suite was really luxurious, comfortable, and offered a magnificent view from the 28th floor

The hotel is now even better than before. The management really take note of customer comments. For example, I found a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities this time. The room service is fast and very efficient and the quality of food is excellent as always. The speed of the check in and check out formalities has improved greatly.

We took room with two double beds, great size room with comfortable large beds and superb city views.
Excellent facilities including relaxing pool side, fitness gym and spa. Hotel does not have a night club which is great, no noise polution and the rif raf stay away leaving clean family environment.

Welcoming and helpful staff from the moment you arrive at the Radisson
to the moment you leave. A very nice spacious room even though we booked
the standard double room size. We had a good view of the city. Quiet and
relaxing ambiance to the hotel, nice lobby area to use and the valet
service was a real help so you didn’t have to think about your car. The
staff even knew which hire car was ours when we couldn’t remember! We
did not have breakfast but out of choice. Room service food was

Staff and location! Right in front of it is the metro station. On S. Zayed Road full of life. A pharmacy, clinic, 24hrs market and many restaurants are just steps away. Rooms are of a good size. Melia is a beautiful hotel with modern decor, clean environment, perfect peaceful location!! staff was really helpful and friendly, upgraded us to 'the level lounge' which was quiet and really beautiful.
