I have stayed at the Chelsea Plaza Hotel in Dubai numerous times and it is my hotel of choice in Dubai. The value for money is terrific and the staff reflect great credit on the Dubai hotel industry. The Hotel was very good value for money. Fairly close to the Metro, comfortable large clean room and breakfast was included.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Knowing that the hotel had a nightclub that produced a lot of noise, I asked for a room on the higher floor. This was no problem.
