  First of all I would like to thank letsbookhotel.com for the best low prices. It is indeed good to book hotel thru letsbookhotel.com. The location of the hotel is great, it is near Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, with taxi it will take 20Dirham. From airport it took 50 dirham to the hotel. I stayed at 7th floor and there was no noise what so ever. The staf - I have stayed at the Chelsea Plaza Hotel in Dubai numerous times and it is my hotel of choice in Dubai. The value for money is terrific and the staff reflect great credit on the Dubai hotel industry. The rooms are clean, respectable, and have good WiFi connects. Staff are very quick to correct any little problems that (rarely) arise. In particular, I love The Champs Bar in the hotel.
