FREE WIFI!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Location is very good, close to city center, lots of restaurants around, metro, every taxi driver knows where is this hotel. Burg Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Deira City Center, Golden Market are in 5-10 min driving. There's a nightlub on the first floor and a tasty Cubo restaurant, that serves delicious stuff to your room. Room was clean and comfy, bed is great, furniture is massive and good. tea facilities, fridge, clean shower, big shampoo-gel pack, tv, Really l.

You guys rock ;) It's right next to the metro station and there are plenty of restaurants in the area as well as cash machines. There is no gym or swimming pool but for 20 Dirhams you can use the nearby Novotel facilities all day. A great deal. The rooms were always cleaned and in order when we came back from a day on the town. No complaints - a great stay. The hotel is in a excellent location. It is 5 min walking to the metro station. You can go everywhere with the metro. During my stay in Dubai we had some trouble with a 3rd party touroperator. But the Hotel security helped us and we really appreciate that. The breakfast was good and the room was clean. I would recommend this hotel for everyone who is planning a trip to Dubai. It was simplistic, had all necessities and good no frills value for money. Close to airport, Dubai Mall, and exhibition and trade centres, none of which I needed but very handy if I needed more than a bed for the night. I liked it so much that I joined the loyalty program and stayed on my return through Dubai one week later. Nice and compact hotel , the rooms are clean , room service is 24 hrs and response is fast, reception staff was helpfull to arrange a parking for me at the multi storey car park, plenty of restaurants and supermarket around, metro station is 1 min walk distance, exhibition grounds are 1 min walking distance... The service guy would give us only what would be required for one potion. Everytime we needed to ask for creamers and tea bags. However, that was dealt with as soon as I called the reception to fix it. The price was a bit too much for this category of hotel. No Hotel Parking , you need to park in the Parking between the Ibis Hotel and Novatel Hotel in the main World Trade Center parking for 10DH per hour!!. Hallways are a bit narrow. the room was too small: the bathroom barely containing one person. When disco time it's over people who go out make a lot of sound and we heard from our room at 3:00 in the morning so they disturb us ,hotel should to dint allowed for poeple when they go out to sit and talk. The reason I dislike the hotel is they don't have valet parking facility they don't even have their own parking you have to park the car far and walk. I came with my girlfriend after clubbing at 3:45am and had to walk 10mins to the hotel. The shower changed temperature several times and was either scalding hot or ice cold; there was no in-between. The hairdryer cord was too short to actually use the dryer and there wasn't a mirror near the electrical outlets. Drying my hair was difficult. no concierge service, nobody to help you with your luggage and that in Dubai!. Price during the event a little higher than usual. no free wi-fi in rooms. Nothing. Everything was ok except for lack of free internet in the rooms. Nothing. the weather in August is very hot I will not come again during summer time but maybe in winter. No wifi in the rooms. Forget staying here if you have a car. paying for internet use in room. must provide a car parking area .. or at least deal with the next vallet parking area. Wifi unavailable in the room,price is high compair with the size of the room and the stars,when I ask for extend my residency I they try to charge me double the price, so I left to other hotels ,I think they should offer me other close Ibis hotelin the city. Very poor signal of wifi. rooms a little small. Had to pay 150 dirhams to park the car overnight, so made the budget price not quite so budget considering other hotels offer free parking Also the security guard threw a tantrum when I wanted to get my glasses from my bag, which was in the locker. Maybe he'd just had a bad day, but it was a bit weird and unsettling. Have to park quite a distance from the hotel.
