nice and comfortable, friendly and co-operative staff. Everything was superb. the staff. The hotel staff were the best we had seen in a very long time. It was a peaceful experience. They were extremely helpful from the manager to the bottom.services. The response and service of the front desk is appreciatable and the house keeping did a good job, total stay was confortable except for..the front desck they don't have enough information about dubai activities and the dubai area. Good, comfortable, silence. furniture. Free internet easy access, breakfast buffet included, free parking,location, satellite tv, cleanliness, comfortable furniture/bed. Convenience to main routes. The room was very clean and good for its price and free internet. Rooms. the size of the rooms. The dust in front of the hotel, and lack of shade. Distance from most places and not within walking distance as described. It was unfortunate the swimming pool was under construction but we still enjoyed ourselves maximally. road to the hotel was sandy, taxi services was so poor and expensive. Some problems with the buffet breakfast. no, its very good. the air conditioning was not working properly though was attended by tech staffs couple of times. the size and position of the main bedroom ( two bedroom ) and there is no swimming pool.Transportation, i.e taxi available, is not so good. The internet line is to be improved. area around it. some constructions and off roads. Construction site outside the hotel, internet kept disconnecting,buffet breakfast was the same items everyday!, Hotel key card kept de-magnetizing and I had to keep going to the front desk to fix it!, Nolocal phone call access, inconsistency of housekeeping: some days I hadto call for service and other days they would ring my doorbell too earlyin the am!. It's still a building site outside the hotel. House keeping were not very helpfull , the site mentioned there was a pool and massage service but there were none. No swimming pool. were constantly disconnecting internet. staff needed constant reminders of free internet. hotel electrical outlets were not compatible. Burnt my straightening iron. i had to pay extra for the internet hotel is not easy to find (new open) chaos in the reception.

Please note that to make use of the free shuttle service to Mamzar Beach and Deira City Centre the hotel needs a 24-hour notice.
